As a member of the National Alliance for Youth Sports, all parents are required to become members of the Parents Association for Youth Sports (PAYS). PAYS is a membership organization for parents involved in out-of-school youth sports. The program educates, motivates and holds PAYS members accountable to the PAYS Parents' Code of Ethics. PAYS encourages good sportsmanship, positive reinforcement and keeping youth sports in its proper perspective. The PAYS approach centers on a combination of education, motivation and positive reinforcement.

The player will not be permitted to participate in the soccer program unless this course is completed before the first day  of practice.  The course is required to be completed by one parent from each family every year. the only exceptions are coaches, assistant coaches, and board members who will receive this course information at the League Policy Review Session.
